About the Author

Michael Zigarelli used to be a typical business professor, teaching and publishing in mainstream areas of management and law. However, after many years of conducting traditional business research, he sought to do something with his professional life that he considered to be more meaningful, more God-honoring: he chose to explore how the Christian faith applies to work and to management. As part of that transformation, he returned to graduate school to complete several seminary classes at Yale Divinity School, he began to teach classes and write books on workplace Christianity, and he accepted a position at the Regent University School of Business, and later at the Charleston Southern University School of Business. This project, Management by Proverbs, originally published by Moody Press in 1999, is some of the fruit of his renovated career.

Dr. Zigarelli is an Associate Professor of Management at Charleston Southern University, and the former the dean of the Regent University School of Business.
